"Haka"
Originally the Haka was performed for amusement, as a welcome to distinguished guests or to acknowledge great achievements or occasions.
The TBA Haka is fantastic for end of conference activity to cement your team behind a common mission, vision and objective
Teams are given time to develop their own words and movements and apply war-paint before proclaiming their strength and prowess: "HAKA!"
Pit Stop
It doesn't matter how many millions investors spend on race-cars, a bad pit stop can cost the race so pit stop teams have to be super quick.
Just like a formula-one pit stop, this energiser is a fantastic opportunity to get the team really focused. The clock is ticking and the teams work working flat out to achieve their goal.
This is a high energy, smiles all rounds activity.
Bridge Race
Two teams work flat out to design and build a bridge, using old newspapers and a few other special props, to meet the "clients" exacting specifications.
The finale sees the teams test their structures by racing remote-controlled racecar across the bridges to the winning line.
Lots of fun with some quite serious business messages in there too!
Archery
This popular leisure activity is hugely addictive. Even if you have never picked up a bow and arrow before, you will quickly see an improvement as your arrows fly toward the target.

Ice Carving - the coolest activity around.
You’ll be trained in the art of ice carving and set the task of working together, being creative, and finish off an ice sculpture.
A funky way to get people involved!
Bomb!
A lethal piece of high technology has been missing since this morning. The team mission is to locate and disarm's the bomb.
Unfortunately Mi5.5's intelligence is limited (in everyway possible) so the location is unknown, but is believed somewhere close by.
Fingers crossed!
This task brings out the creativity within the group, and a little James Bond too. Great fun
Fun Day Activities
Facilitation Option:
You have the option of upgrading to include one of our skilled facilitators. Their task is to review progess along the way drawing key learning from each task, building lesson on lesson as the day goes on.
This add's exceptionally valuable without taking away from the fun of the day.
Hotel Based Task Days
From 5 to 150 people can complete a day of mental and physical tasks, reminiscent of the "Crystal Maze".
Teams compete for Fun Money earning millions, that they can't spend at the bar later!!!
The finale sees the team compete head to head for the final challenge; building a machine capable of catapulting a wet sponge as far as possible.
This is a great way for a team to have great fun and develop as a team
Soaring Sky’s Mini Hot Air Balloon Company
Your team objective is to journey through the hardships of a start up company by setting up and running the ‘Soaring Sky’s' Balloon Company, and make a profit.
Of course, the team have to finance the build of small-scale hot air balloons by completing fun games and tasks.
The finale sees all the team balloons launched into the night’s sky, floating away carrying the company logo, motto or mission statement of your choice.
A great way to launch a new company strategy!
Enigma
Teams race, completing tasks, to retrieve the information and crack the Enigma code. With lots of fun and head scratching teams compete to see who can get the solution first.
The finale sees the switches turned on the "Enigma" machine. With the code cracked the mission can be completed. A red button is pushed, a rocket is launched and the world is saved... again!
"Good-old-Blighty!"
Motor Sport
An adrenalin filled driving experience! One minute guests might find themselves behind the wheel of an outrageous Apache off-road racer and the next climbing an almost impossible slope in a competition trials car.
Country Pursuits
A relaxing afternoon sampling traditional country pursuits; duck hearding, archery, target shooting, quad biking, climbing & abseiling etc.
Sailing
The first task of the day is a quick motor out to sea where we hoist the sails.
You team can experience the thrill of sailing, in a safe environment whilst really getting involved in the crewing of the yacht.
The day will depend on the tides, but everyone on board has the opportunity to take the wheel whilst the Skipper introduces the team to lots of sailing manoeuvres giving them the opportunity to learn some sailing skills.
Sailing can be a truly breathtaking experience; it’s about having fun, boosting morale, strengthening teams and getting to know fellow shipmates!
Once a Knight... Ye Olde Worlde challenge
A great shadow of misfortune has fallen over your people. You have been chosen by the elders to carry out a sacred quest...
Your mission is to destroy the evil ruler, Nockmar, held up in his castle.
Only a Knight can attack a fortress so participants must earn their stripes at Knights School.
Teams undertake a series of challenges to both earn Fun Money and to test themselves.
The finalie see the teams compete to destroy the castle by bombarding it with eggs fired in their homemade catapults!
Egg'cellent fun!
Urban Bike Treasure Hunt
Teams compete to complete this urban treasure hunt. Using their bikes and a team map they visit locations, crack clues, meet costumed characters and retrieve treasure.
The race is focuses on the quality of the information rather than speed so everyone has a good time, irrelevant of their level of fitness
Black Cab Trail
Imagine, team's in black cab's, following a trail of clues and completing fun tasks around your city. Searching for information, scavenging artefacts and meeting interesting characters along the way.
A chance for the team to bond, "James Bond", along the way!
Canal Challenge
A day on the "cut" (canal) completing exciting challenges.
The team navigate the canal, with eyes wide open, spotting photo locations, retrieving "historical artefacts" cracking clues that will tell them where their next assignment is.
Our favoured route is the Shropshire canal, which boasts scenic beauty and breathtaking engineering in equal measure, but we are sure to find a route close to you.
This is fantastic for every level of fitness.
Outdoors Challenges
Climbing & Abseiling
Exhilarating ascents and breathtaking descents are the order of the day as you harness up, hook up and get climbing! But as in the age old saying 'what goes up must come down', you will not only be learning about the great sport of climbing, but also just how to descend after you've conquered!
A great day out for all the team. Who knows, you might discover a new sport you become passionate about what’s out in the fresh air
Project X - Tree Tops Challenge
The team challenge is to research develop a solid business plan for the worlds first “Extreme Outdoors Sports theme park”
Of course each activity should be experienced, so climbing swinging and jumping amongst some of the tallest trees in England is a prerequisite.
Set in beautiful surroundings this high tree challenge offers thrill-seekers the opportunity to conquer different activities as tall as150ft!
Course are availible throughout the UK and are professionally designed, built, staffed and managed.
There are a variety of challenges for everyone, from low level upwards.
